After the deadline, for Dev Planning Kits and Site Starter Sources we draw at random among the people who entered each prize, weighted by how many entries they have. Two entries give you twice the chance of someone with one. There's no draw for the 1:1 planning session: 2 people are selected from applications.
Each person can win only one prize. For kits and sources, you get exactly the item you picked when you entered (even if others pick the same one).
