This policy sets out the refund terms for products sold on Plandi (operated by ValueLabs, representative: Taebeom Kim). All Plandi products are digital content or online services.
1. Products
- Planning passes: the right to use AI planning (idea interview → IA → screen design). One pass covers one new plan (including IA) and up to 20 screens. Passes are sold in packs of 1, 5 and 10.
- Development planning kits: downloadable digital files containing planning documents and screen designs.
- Ready-made site sources: site source files (ZIP) that can be opened right away.
2. Payment
- You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. A bank transfer payment is completed when the deposit is confirmed.
- If you request a bank transfer and do not deposit within the deadline (48 hours), the request may be cancelled.
3. Planning pass validity
- Purchased planning passes can be used for 180 days from the date payment is completed.
- Planning passes received for free (for example on sign-up or through events) can be used for 15 days from the date they are received.
- Unused planning passes expire when their validity period ends. You can check your remaining passes and their validity on the "Planning passes" page.
- Plans you have already made with a planning pass (interviews, IA and screen designs) stay in your workspace even after the validity period ends.
4. Planning pass refunds
- Planning passes that have not been used at all within 7 days of payment are refunded in full.
- If part of a pack has been used, the used passes are counted at the list price of one pass (KRW 9,900) and deducted from the amount paid; the remainder is refunded (no refund is made if nothing remains).
- Even after 7 days from payment, you can request a refund for passes not used within their validity period, calculated in the same way. In this case a 10% fee is deducted from the refund amount.
- For paid planning passes that expired after their validity period, if you request a refund within 5 years of the payment date, we refund 90% of the amount corresponding to the unused passes (calculated as above).
- Planning passes received for free are not eligible for refunds.
- Any discount received with points is returned as points.
5. Refunds for development planning kits and ready-made site sources
- You can request a refund within 7 days of payment. However, due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited once the files have been downloaded or a copy of the screen design has been created and provision has begun. This limitation is shown on the product page before purchase.
- If the files described were not provided, a file cannot be opened or has another defect that cannot be fixed by providing it again, or a payment was duplicated, we will issue a refund even if the files were downloaded.
- Once a refund is complete, the right to download ends. Copies already created in your workspace are not deleted, but they can no longer be downloaded again.
6. Refund method and timing
- Credit card payments are refunded by cancelling the payment; this may take 3–7 business days depending on the card issuer.
- Bank transfer payments are refunded by transfer to an account you provide (held by the buyer or the depositor) within 3 business days. Plandi covers the transfer fee.
- Refunded planning passes can no longer be used immediately.
7. Planning and screen-design engagements
- Settlement and refunds for engagement fees follow the applicable contract.
