8. Analytics and Advertising Tools and Cookies
The Company uses cookies and similar technologies from the tools below for visit analytics, advertising performance measurement, and remarketing to returning visitors. If this section differs from earlier sections, this section prevails.
1) Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking (Google LLC): visit analytics and advertising performance measurement. Collects pages visited, referral source, device information, cookie identifiers, and sign-up, inquiry or entry, and purchase events (purchases include order number, amount, and currency).
2) Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): advertising performance measurement and remarketing. Collects pages visited and sign-up, inquiry or entry, and purchase (amount and currency) events.
3) Kakao Pixel and SDK (Kakao Corp.): advertising performance measurement and remarketing. Collects pages visited and sign-up, inquiry or entry, and purchase (amount and currency) events.
4) NAVER Analytics web logs and NAVER Ads (search and display) conversion tracking (NAVER Corporation): visit analytics, advertising performance measurement, and remarketing. Collects visit records and completed-request events (free resource requests and completed inquiries).
Information that directly identifies a user, such as name, email address, or phone number, is not sent to these tools. Information sent to Google and Meta may be processed outside Korea, including in the United States. See the behavioral information section of the Privacy Policy for the items, transfers abroad, and retention.
Cookies expire when the browser is closed or within two years at most, depending on the cookie.
Default: before the visitor makes a choice, the tools above operate by default in Korea, and the visitor can turn them off at any time with the Cookie Settings button at the bottom of the page (for the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Google storage is denied by default before consent).
How to opt out: turning off analytics cookies with the Cookie Settings button switches Google Analytics storage to denied, so it no longer stores identifiers or cookies for measurement. Turning off marketing cookies stops the Meta, Kakao, and NAVER scripts from loading and sets Google ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization to denied. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com for Google, www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads for Meta, and in the personalized ad settings of your Kakao and NAVER accounts. Opting out does not limit sign-up or basic use of the Service.
The tools above do not run for visits by signed-in administrator accounts. The Service is not intended for children under 14. Contact: hello@plandi.app
